Parts Assistant - Full Time

In this role you will support our Parts Manager in the day to day running of the shop with duties including but not limited to: answering the phone, greeting and serving customers in the shop, receiving and processing goods received, keeping the shop tidy, informing customers of orders ready for collection and stock checking and stock maintenance.

A high level of attention to detail is essential in the role, along with a competance in IT and willingness to learn.

We would like the right candidate to be able to manufacture of hydraulic hoses as part of this role, full training and support will be provided to enable you to manufacture to our high standard, no previous manufacturing/machinery experience required.

Office Administrator - Part Time

We are creating a new position within our small team to assist in the day to day running of our busy parts department.

The position will involve producing customer invoices, processing and paying supplier invoices, monitoring pricing strategies, checking stock levels, ordering parts, monitoring customer orders and preparing parcels for return. Further duties for the right candidate would also include Warranty administration, and admin support to the workshop.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and IT skills.
